Conscious movement for collective liberation

Yoga and Dance Movement Therapy with an approach on social justice, trauma-informed, and accessible

Who am I

I am a queer woman from the global south who has worked in human rights for 15 years. I am vegan and feminist, seeking to contribute to social justice one soul at a time by promoting introspection and inner connection through conscious movement.

I am convinced that we are interconnected and interdependent beings, but that due to the capitalist and patriarchal system, as collectives and individuals, we have long been disconnected, valuing one life over another under precepts such as racism, colonialism, sexism, speciesism, etc. Our individual healing must lead to collective healing, promoting lives that are more harmonious with the environment and with the other beings with whom we share a space, a territory.

Thus, what I offer here contemplates the systems that influence your belief systems, your limitations and potentialities, offering a critical look at what it means to live authentically and in expansion.

I want to share this knowledge in progress, which is constantly nourished by the experience, practice, and study that began a few years ago. I am a registered yoga teacher - YTT with 200 hours of training in vinyasa and restorative yoga, 20 hours in trauma-sensitive yoga, and 50 hours in accessible yoga, and I have a diploma in dance movement therapy.
